Q. WHAT IS GALLERY WRAPPING?
A. Gallery wrapping is the process that the finished print goes through in order to mount and stretch it onto the internal frame. The canvas is gently stretched by one of the few patented StretchMaster machines in the UK on all four sides and wrapped around the edges. Each print is then hand finished with each corner being carefully folded and tucked in to ensure that there are no unsightly edges.

Then, the canvas is fixed to the back of the frame all the way round and finished off neatly to hide all of the fixings. This ensures that the final print is as good to look at from the back as it is from the front! Finally, we put stretching wedges into all four corners to ensure the canvas is a tight as possible on the frame.

Q. WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE AND HOW LONG WILL MY PRINT LAST?
A. We only use the finest quality artists materials for all of our prints and this is complemented by HP Vivera Pigment based colour and lightfast inks, which are guaranteed fade resistant for a minimum of 200 years. This means all of our prints will outlast our customers!

Q. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
A. You can place an order online from our shop and also by post/mail . Please take a note of the canvas name along with the code. We accept PayPal, personal cheques and UK Postal Orders (please make payable to Poppy Design & Graphics Ltd). Click here for a printable order form. If you would like an invoice please email us with the details of which canvas/es you require, we will then raise an invoice, which will be sent to you for payment prior to despatch. Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards and because we use PayPal in order to process our payments, you also have additional flexibilty should you already have a PayPal account. Q. DO YOU TAKE CHEQUES?
A. We can take cheques but we will need to ensure the cheque clears before we despatch anything. This can typically add another 7-10 days onto our delivery schedule. If you need to pay by cheque, please contact us  to discuss the way to do it. Click here for a printable order form.

Q. HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
A. For all UK orders, postage and packing is FREE! For non-UK orders,the following P & P costs apply:
Rep. of Ireland: £15.00 per canvas
Europe: £15.00 per canvas
USA & Canada: £20.00 per canvas
Rest of the World: £30.00 per canvas
Delivery to UK and International destinations are by courier, with most UK and Non-EU Worldwide destinations having a NEXT DAY service from despatch (as each canvas is bespoke and printed to order please allow 10 days working days from date of order to despatch date). Your finished piece will be carefully wrapped and contained within a strong double-walled protective box for swift and safe delivery. Q. I LIKE A PARTICULAR IMAGE - CAN I HAVE IT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE TO WHAT IS STATED?
A. Not a problem! . We can accomodate most sizes within reason and if you want a 'Super Size' multiple print (where multiple canvas prints are used to make one large image) for a very large wall or space, we can make this for you too. Q. HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR UNWANTED CANVAS FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?
A. RETURNS
The following is details on our returns policy:

• You can return all goods (except custom, made to order products) and receive a refund, if you do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Unless the goods are found to be faulty, an administration charge of £15.00 per canvas will be made, in order to cover administration and the original delivery of your order. This charge will be deducted from any refund due. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original unused condition and with all packaging intact .
• We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request.
• If the goods delivered are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then we will either exchange the goods free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs (full refund available only on faulty goods), providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before hanging on a wall.
• Funky Canvas will not accept returns for any non-faulty items (after 7 days) or items that have been used e.g. the hanging kit has been fitted.
• In all circumstances you must contact us first in writing, either by telephone: 01339 887470 or email: info@funkycanvas.co.uk in order to inform us of your intentions. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this procedure is not followed.
• Please ensure you have read and understood thoroughly 'How to return or exchange an item' below before returning goods.

• HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
  The following are details on how to return or exchange an item:

  • In order to facilitate the return of your items you must contact us first in writing, either by phone: 01339 887470 or email: info@funkycanvas.co.uk in order to inform us of your intentions. This must be be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this procedure is not followed.
  • Please ensure that you enclose your original invoice with the items you are returning along with a note giving the reason for the return or the exchange. Please then wrap the package safely and securely with the original packaging received and send it to the address below. In the case of a defective item, please in addition provide a full description of the fault and again, send it to us in its original condition and all packaging intact.   • For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Funky Canvas.

  • REFUNDS
    The following is our refund policy:

    • All items must be returned to us following the guidelines and conditions above before a refund or replacement is issued.
    • Refunds to you will normally be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card excluding shipping charges and less an administration fee of £15.00 per canvas unless faulty (please see above). As previously stated in our Delivery Policy, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

    CANCELLING AN ITEM

    Our procedure and policy for item cancellelations is as follows:

    • Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of orders where the item has been used, not in its original condition or without all its packaging. This policy does not apply to CUSTOM products ' as these are made specifically to customer requirements.
    • To cancel this contract, please EMAIL OR WRITE giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation" . Please package the relevant item safely and securely in the original packaging and send it to us with the original invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is: Funky Canvas, 1 Charleston Cottages, Station Square, Aboyne, AB34 5HX.
    • For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Funky Canvas. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
